CM Global's role

CM Global Sourcing is an independent sourcing intermediary and business connector. Our role may include targeted research, evaluation of potential sourcing options and qualified commercial introductions. CM Global does not necessarily own inventory presented or discussed.

Third party information and due diligence

Inventory descriptions, specifications, pricing, condition, documentation, certification, availability and similar information may originate from third parties and may change.

Buyers and suppliers remain responsible for appropriate commercial and technical due diligence, including verifying relevant counterparties, product details, condition, documentation, certification, availability and transaction terms before proceeding.

Inquiries and sourcing outcomes

Submitting a requirement, inventory description or question starts an inquiry. CM Global does not guarantee that a sourcing effort will result in a transaction, that a requested item will be available, or that a buyer will be found.

General website information is not a binding quotation or purchase order. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a commitment by CM Global to buy or sell. Any transaction depends on the relevant parties' verification and agreed terms.

Fees and separate agreements

Specific sourcing fees, payment obligations, confidentiality obligations and noncircumvention obligations may be governed by separate written agreements when applicable. The applicable agreement determines the specific obligations for that engagement. These general website terms do not establish a universal fee schedule.

Confidentiality and introductions

CM Global may hold protected buyer, supplier and commercial information privately while evaluating an opportunity. Relevant information may be shared for a legitimate sourcing purpose, subject to appropriate business justification and any permissions or engagement terms that apply.

Confidentiality and noncircumvention protections depend on the terms actually agreed by the relevant parties. These general website terms do not claim that a separate confidentiality or noncircumvention agreement exists where one has not been agreed.

Information you submit

Please provide accurate information that you are authorized to share, and identify applicable confidentiality or circulation restrictions. Arrange the sharing of sensitive documents directly with CM Global. Our Privacy Policy explains how submitted information is handled.

Booking and external services

Booking links open the official Google Calendar appointment schedule. Follow the instructions provided by that service to arrange or manage an appointment. External services have their own terms and privacy practices.
