Why partner with CM Global
CM Global can act as an external opportunity sourcing and introduction channel. You retain control of your company.
We may develop demand through corporate and private clients, hotels, concierge firms, event and wedding planners, travel advisors, executive assistants, family offices, businesses, hospitality groups, and other commercial relationships.
Research is shaped around your category, geography, capabilities, capacity, availability, target customer, minimum engagement size, and service preferences.
How the partnership works
We document your services, markets, coverage, capacity, typical clients, minimum engagement size, availability, special capabilities, and commercial preferences.
We research and develop potential opportunities where a client’s requirement appears aligned with your services.
Where practical, we clarify the service, location, date, timing, group size, use case, priorities, available budget, decision timeline, and contact permission. Not every opportunity will include every detail.
When there is a credible match, we connect the client or their authorized representative with your team through a documented introduction. You communicate directly about operational and commercial details.
Your team controls availability, the final quote, contract, deposit, payment, scheduling, terms, delivery, safety, compliance, and execution. CM Global does not assume regulated or operational responsibilities.
Keep us informed of the commercial status of attributed introductions so we can maintain clear records and calculate agreed compensation when applicable.
How tracking works
CM Global records introductions in its private CRM. The goal is simply to establish whether a documented introduction produced attributable business. We do not need access to your full internal accounting system.
Records may include the partner and prospect or client, introduction date and email or other documented connection, service category, opportunity description, booking stage and status, completion, eligible booking amount, and CM Global compensation status.
Transparent updates from your team keep the record accurate.
A shared view of progress
Stages describe possible outcomes, not a guaranteed path to a booking.
Repeat business
When we introduce a new client, the parties may agree that qualifying repeat or rescheduled business remains attributed to the original introduction for a defined protection period.
The exact period and attribution rules are controlled by the executed partner agreement.
How CM Global earns
In many partnership structures, CM Global earns only when an attributed introduction produces completed and paid business.
Compensation may be an agreed referral, introduction, coordination, or success fee. Possible structures include a percentage of eligible booking revenue, a fixed referral fee, a custom transaction fee, or another mutually agreed commercial structure.
Each partner’s exact structure is agreed in writing. Sending a lead or introduction does not itself create an obligation to pay unless the executed agreement specifically says so.
Canceled and fully refunded bookings generally do not create referral compensation unless otherwise agreed. Partial refunds may require an adjustment.
Taxes, gratuities, government fees, and separately itemized third party pass through expenses may be excluded from eligible revenue when the written agreement defines them that way.
All exact fee calculations are controlled by the executed partnership agreement.

The value of a relationship is not limited to one booking.
A strong introduction may develop into repeat bookings, corporate relationships, event series, executive travel, client referrals, seasonal activity, additional locations, or expanded service requirements. None of those outcomes is guaranteed.
Why this model
Traditional advertising can require spending before knowing whether a customer will appear. Where mutually agreed, this partnership model can align compensation with attributable commercial results. Different channels serve different business needs.
Research, opportunity discovery, qualification, outreach, relationship development, introductions, and pipeline tracking.
Operational capability, commercial pricing, availability, professional service, execution, and customer experience.
When the agreement is structured around completed paid business, both parties benefit from successful outcomes.
Ideal partners
Strong partners typically communicate professionally, respond reliably, maintain appropriate insurance and required licenses, and have a clear pricing process and defined territory.
We value strong operational standards, professional customer handling, capacity for additional business, relevant documentation, and a willingness to report booking outcomes from CM Global introductions.
Requirements vary with the service category, geography, and applicable regulations.
